1. Who we are
Wraith is operated by Project Wraith (“we”, “us”). The public site is rayth.dev. Support: support@rayth.dev. Community: Discord linked from the site. These pages are the product terms — not a substitute for advice from your own lawyer.
2. What you are buying
A lifetime license for the Wraith Windows app: one payment, no Wraith subscription. The license is for you (or your business) as the purchaser. It is not a resale of Claude, Grok, Codex, or any other model. You bring your own provider accounts and pay those vendors separately.
- Up to two devices at a time. Free a seat in Settings → About → License → Deactivate this device, or ask support after you prove you control the purchase email.
- Current shipping build is a Windows 11 GPU installer. There is no macOS/Linux SKU and no CPU installer in this release.
- The installer is not Authenticode-signed. Windows SmartScreen will likely warn once. That is expected.
- Agent CLIs (Claude, Grok, Codex, OpenCode, Hermes, Kimi) are not bundled. You install the ones you use, or use documented API fallbacks.
3. How you get the app
There is no public installer URL. After payment, we email a license key and a private, expiring download link. Delivery is the email; the success page never shows the key. If mail is delayed, write to support with the Stripe checkout session id — never post the key in public chat.
4. Updates
The license includes future Wraith app updates we actually ship for that product, for as long as we operate the licensed update feed. Updates are license-gated. Automatic silent updating is not promised. Channels (beta / stable / nightly) and availability can change. A lifetime license is not a guarantee that Project Wraith, a particular agent CLI, or a particular cloud vendor will exist forever.
5. What the software does — and the risk
Wraith runs real agent CLIs in real terminals on your machine. Those agents can read and change files in the project folders you open, run commands, and use API keys you store. You are responsible for backups, permissions, secrets, and for following each provider’s terms. Do not paste API keys into agent chat. Use Wraith’s settings fields or the provider’s own login.
Wraith is local-first. API keys are stored in Windows Credential Manager. App data lives under %LOCALAPPDATA%\Wraith and is not the install folder. Uninstalling the app is designed not to delete that data.
6. License, refunds, and revocation
We may revoke a license if it was obtained by fraud, chargeback, or payment dispute, if we refund you, or if we reasonably believe the key is being shared beyond the seat limit. A revoked license stops new activations and stops already-emailed download links. Running copies refuse access after the next online check (or when offline grace ends). See Refund Policy.
7. Software quality
Wraith is sold as a working product and also as software that is still changing. Features can be rough. Voice, remote sessions, and some agent types have documented limits. We do not warrant that Wraith is error-free or fit for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent the law allows, our liability for a paid license is limited to the amount you paid us for that license.
8. Acceptable use
Do not attack our licensing, download, or update systems; do not resell or publicly redistribute license keys or private download URLs; do not use Wraith to violate the law or a third-party’s terms. We can refuse service or revoke a license for those cases.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date above is the current version. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after the posted date is acceptance of the new terms for later use; they do not take away a refund you already qualified for.
