1. 7-day refund window
You may request a full refund within 7 days of the original Stripe charge, no troubleshooting required. Email support from the purchase address (or prove you control it) and include:
- the checkout session id (starts with
cs_) if you have it, and - the email the license was sent to.
Do not paste the full license key in Discord or a public ticket.
2. What happens when we refund
- Stripe returns the payment (timing depends on your bank).
- The license is revoked. Activations on your PCs stop after the next online check, or when offline grace ends.
- Private download links already emailed are denied.
- You should uninstall Wraith. User data under
%LOCALAPPDATA%\Wraithis yours to delete.
A chargeback or payment dispute is treated like a refund: the license is revoked. Talk to us first if you can — it is faster for both of us.
3. After 7 days
Refunds after 7 days are discretionary. We will still help with a broken download, a lost key, a second-device seat, or an activation failure. Those are support issues, not automatic refunds.
4. What we do not refund
- Spend on Claude, Grok, Codex, OpenRouter, or any other provider — we never charged you for those.
- A license obtained by fraud, or a key you shared beyond the two-device limit.
- Hardware, electricity, or NVIDIA/GPU requirements for the GPU build.
5. How long it takes
We aim to process a valid 7-day request within a few business days. Stripe and your bank control when the money shows up. If email delivery failed and you never received a key, say so — we can retry delivery or refund.
